Apples on the Road: There and back again
We have started yet another phase of our continuing personal and business ad-venture! While adding to our Expanding Possibility site, we decided to put on the service of live chat/help for our clients. We are really excited at being able to answer wuestions and communicate "real time" with people visiting our site.
As we looked into all of the benefits this offered, we then realized that between all of us working together in the US and UK, there was at LEAST one person on line at all times of the day and night, if not more! In line with our philosophy of sharing what we find tha twe like, we now can offer the same support for other web sites.
The new service is available via "www.watchmyshop.com". We are on line to chat and offer clients assistance in answering questions, finding their way around a site...and supporting the company in a myriad of customer-supporting ways!
